Gender Sensitivity training Sunday Oct 14th before practice

I am asking that you bring the players to the Sunday practice 45 minutes early. This will allow us to go over the Gender Sensitivity Training that is mandatory this year.
I will be going over a Glossary of Terms, Anti-Discrimination Policies and the player’s Rights and Responsibilities.
This training is mandatory and I would encourage the parents to attend the session as well so they know what is being discussed.

Happy Turkey Weekend everyone!
I have booked La Place Rendez-Vous as the hotel for the Fort Frances tournament.
There are 18 double queen rooms set aside for the players (I always like to have an extra just in case!).
The rate is $129 + tax/night.
I have set aside 3 King rooms for the coaching staff that do not have children on the team.

The Westfort Tournament is going to take the place of the Duluth tournament scheduled Nov 9-11th.

Quiz Night - November 16, 2018

Here are some details re Quiznight 2018. Anyone who has attended previously will tell you it’s a great night and when embraced by our team we can make thousands! That in turn reduces our second instalment.
Our team is responsible to take 10 tables/QuizTeams of 8 people (typically 4 couples per Quiz team)
Tickets are $50ea.
I am taking a table of 8 and I’m sure a few more of you will also.
So before I divide them up amongst us, If you would like a full table of 8 let me know and I will divide up the remainder..
Note* this would be a table of 8 that doesn’t include anyone from our hockey team or another participating Neebing Hockey Team. (Atom AA, PWAA, BA and MA)

Silent and Live Auction: This is where we make the most money for our team! 100% of the proceeds of the auction items we contribute come to us!
Items $50-150ish will go on the Silent Auction table, $150ish+ will go in the Live Auction. This is where we would really like you to lean on your business friends.
Raffle: We are responsible for $500 of raffle contribution total or $30 per family. You are encouraged to get those prizes donated from various sources, you can just pay the $30 instead if you prefer (Let me know and I can just add to your account.)
If you are bringing in a prize, let me know and I will arrange to pick it up.
