Bio: Mario joined the team for the 2009 Fall season. Coach Da Ponte didn't know anything about him but decided to take a chance based on the recommendations of the Verardi brothers, and he doesn't regret it. Frassinelli made an immediate impact, producing points from the moment he joined the team. His speed and play around the net, adds a dimension that was missing from the player he replaced.

Mario shined in the 2009 Fall playoffs, scoring several big goals to help the YC win their 1st championship. Having never played organized ball hockey before, Frassinelli has developed into a good, young ball hockey player and cemented his place in the YC line-up for years to come.
